- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible. Relentless and irritating. Calling over and over again to try to get my "business." They will not stop calling, there is no way to remove yourself from their scam spam list, they call at least once a day, their phone number does not even ring if you try to call it. Unethical, unprofessional, rude and persistent. If you actually get to talk to a live person, they are impossible to understand and cannot understand that you just want off their stupid list. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR MORTGAGE! I re-financed my house to remove my ex-husband's name from my deed. Months after the closing, I received a copy of someone else's deed, not even in my state. Then, when I called, they acted like it was no big deal. I asked where copies were and they said my ex had not signed. He had, and I wasn't supposed to be able to close until he had. Today I received in the mail my copies of the deed with a paper mixed in for someone else again! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!
